Mix the soy sauce with the myrrh or sake (well, in extreme cases, with vodka) in a ratio of 1: 1. Add a little sugar to the sauce and dissolve it. For viscosity, you can add very little starch. Pork cut with strips and pickled in teriyaki sauce for at least half an hour, then for about five minutes we move it to a colander or strainer.

Sweet peppers and carrots cut into strips, and leek slices. You can add a little string bean to this set.

We heat the sesame oil in a wok or a deep frying pan (we do not regret oil). Lightly fry the crushed clove of garlic, when it starts to gild - throw it away. Fry the meat for 8 minutes, the fire is strong, shake the pan vigorously by the handle and turn the meat over with a spatula. We remove the meat from the frying pan and now fry the chopped vegetables for 5 minutes, then pour in a little more sauce in which there was meat and for another 5-8 minutes we are ready to go.

Pork and vegetables with teriyaki sauce to serve well with rice or noodles.

In Japanese cuisine uses several traditional types of noodles. Rice noodles before cooking usually rinsed with boiling water, and then boiled for 3-5 minutes.

Buckwheat noodles and wheat varim as well as any other pasta products, that is, for 8-12 minutes, then throw it back in a colander (do not rinse if the noodles are high quality).

On a plate lay out a serving of rice or noodles, near or top meat and vegetables. Be sure to sprinkle abundantly all seeds of sesame seeds and chopped greens. You can sprinkle with lemon juice. Bread is not needed for such food, you can serve raw grated daikon, fresh cucumbers, sake or mirin.
