Marinated daikon in Korean - recipe for winter

  1. Purified juicy carrots along with the daikon are wiped through a special Korean grater, and the onion is shredded as thinly as possible by half rings. We put all these vegetables in one capacious container and here we press through the press the purified chives of garlic.
