The recipe of the billet from the raspberry in the multivark
Ingredients:
- fresh raspberries - 1.5 kg;
- granulated sugar - 1 kg.

To prepare jam from black raspberries, we prepare all the ingredients first. To do this, raspberries are carefully sorted, cleaned of small debris, but not washed. Then we fill the berries with sugar, mix gently and leave to stand until the raspberries leave the juice. After this, put the bowl on medium heat and boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon. If you want to preserve the jam longer, then cool it, and then once again bring to a boil, pour on the jars and roll up the lids.

Ingredients:
- Raspberry juice - 1 l;
- granulated sugar - 1,5 kg.
Preparation
From the ripe berries with the help of a juicer squeeze juice. Then gradually pour the sugar into the resulting liquid and mix thoroughly, so that all the crystals are completely dissolved. Ready jelly we lay out in jars, we close with lids and we store in a cold place. But if you wanted to make a raspberry syrup , then the mixture is boiled first, and then we pour the delicacy into prepared bottles, tightly closing the lids.

Ingredients:
- granulated sugar - 550 g;
- raspberry - 600 g;
- black currant - 400 g.

Berries sorted, put in a basin and pour sugar syrup, heated to a temperature of 60 degrees. After approximately 4 hours, the berries are carefully extracted from the syrup using noise, put them into prepared sterile jars and refill with hot syrup heated to 95 degrees. We cover the jars with lids, sterilize them, roll them up and wrap them around. After cooling, put the berry compote into storage in any cool place.

Now we cover the molds - trays with parchment paper, grease them with melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar and spread out the raspberry puree approximately 2 centimeters. From above carefully smooth out all irregularities with a knife and send the molds to the oven, heated to about 50-60 degrees, so that the mass is a little dry. After 5 hours, carefully cut the layer into pieces, and after another 2 hours, turn the pastille and dry it until it is ready.
