This year, the amended rules for obtaining dairy products for pregnant women and other categories of the population came into force, but this program affected only the Moscow region, according to the document, number 546 dated June 11, 2014, by the Moscow City Department. Now the products can be ordered and taken once a month, rather than running after them every other day. This applies to products with a long shelf life. For perishables, this method does not work, but if a woman does not want to receive them, then they can replace products with a short shelf life for others.
The list of dairy products for pregnant women differs from each other not only in Moscow and the region, but in various parts of the city. Basically, this is six liters of milk per month and two and a half liters of fruit juice. After the birth of the child, the amount increases slightly: up to eight and three and a half, respectively.
