All prepared pawn in a pan and pour the minimum volume of water. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes, gently removing the noise. Bulb and bay leaves are thrown away. It is possible to get a broth (strained or not filtered) hot under a glass of vodka, seizing boiled carrots and greens. It is possible to cook a more refined ear on the basis of a cooked soup and strained broth.

Ear from pink salmon

Ingredients:

Cook in a broth a few large-sliced ​​potatoes and carrots with the addition of rice for 12-15 minutes. Add red sweet pepper, cut into short straws and slices of fillet or pink salmon steaks. Cook for about 5 minutes and let us brew for about 5 minutes. Spill into plates and season with ground pepper, chopped herbs and garlic. We add on a slice of a lemon, it is possible to add on 1-2 st. spoons of natural milk cream. To the ear we serve a glass of bitter, berry tincture or a glass of light wine.

Ear from canned pink salmon

Ingredients are needed the same as in the previous recipe (see above), only fresh pink salmon will be replaced with the 1st jar of canned.

Preparation

Boil in 1 liter of water for about 15 minutes 3-5 cut into large potatoes, sliced ​​carrots with onion and parsley root (whole). Of course, with the addition of rice and spices. Bulb, parsley root and bay leaf are discarded. Add the sweet pepper and canned pink salmon to the pan, boil for another 5 minutes. Spill on plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic. Season with ground black and red pepper.

Ear from pink salmon with millet and egg

Ingredients:

Cooking for 4 servings. We put in pieces a piece of pink salmon, sliced ​​sweet pepper and chopped onion leeks (white part of the stem). Boil for 5-8 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the green part of the leeks to the pan. Millet cook separately in the form of crumbly porridge. Eggs, too, cook separately hard, cool, clean, cut each into 2 parts along.

In each plate we put 1-2 spoons of millet porridge, pour the top on the ear (you can fill it with tomato). Sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic. We add half of the egg.
