In a large bowl sift flour, add salt, pour kefir and drive eggs. Mix first with a wooden spatula, and later, when the dough already absorbs the liquid, continue to knead it with your hands. If the dough is already dense enough, and the flour remains in the bowl, spread the dough on the table and knead it for a couple of more minutes. After that, cover it and leave to rest for half an hour. At the end of this time, divide the dough into 5 equal parts and roll each of them with sausage. We cut them into pieces about 2 cm wide. We transform them into lozenges and put a filling of boiled potatoes on each of them into the center. The edges of the dough are joined and densely tampered with. We lower the dumplings into boiling water and after they come up, cook for another 5 minutes.

In a large bowl we sift 2 cups of flour. You can not do this, but with the sifted flour the dough turns out to be more gentle. In the center we make a deepening, pour kefir into it, vegetable oil, add sugar, salt. We knead the dough. And then the most interesting - soda sprinkle the work surface, spread our dough on it and mix it well for about 10 minutes. Then divide it into pieces, roll the sausages about 3 cm in diameter, and then cut them into pieces. Each of them is rolled up to a thickness of 5 mm and we proceed to the formation of vareniki with your favorite stuffing. Next, put them in a steamer basket, lubricated with oil, at a distance from each other and send it to the steamer or multivark.

In a deep bowl, pour kefir, drive in the egg, add salt, sugar and soda. Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes, so that soda reacts with yogurt. After this, gradually begin to pour the flour, while kneading the dough. All at once it should not be poured, it is better to add parts until the dough completely begins to fall behind. Depending on the type of flour can go a little more or less. After that, cover the dough and leave right on the table for 15-20 minutes. Then we divide it into several parts. We start to work with one of them, and let the rest lie under the napkin, so that it does not get worn out. From the dough we roll the tourniquet and cut it into slices. Hand each piece a little flattening, and then roll out. Or you can roll out all the dough at once and cut out the circles with a glass. But with this method there is a lot of waste.
