- omelet;

- dry low-fat cookies, crackers;
- jellies, compotes, juices.
With exacerbation of gastritis with high acidity, products are allowed:
- whole milk;
- non-fatty non-fat curd, cream;
- low-fat varieties of meat and fish;
- bananas, pears, apples;
- heat-treated vegetables.
It is recommended fractional food intake, 5 to 6 times a day. Dishes should be well shredded, not cold and not hot.
