Fast pies with potatoes on kefir in a frying pan

Whisk the egg well with sugar and salt. Then we add kefir, vegetable refined oil, soda, extinguished with vinegar, and mix. Wheat flour sift through a fine sieve, in small portions pour into a bowl with kefir mixture and start a soft, but not sticky dough. Leave it for twenty minutes, and we will in the meantime prepare the filling for quick pies. Peel and finely chop the onion, fry it in vegetable oil to a ruddy golden and lay in pre-cooked mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste, ground black pepper and, if desired, finely chopped greens.

From the dough we roll sausages with a diameter of about four centimeters, which we cut into blocks and form cakes from them. In the center of each we impose a teaspoon of stuffing and tear the opposite edges. Place the patties in the warmed-up pan with the vegetable refined frying pan and toast from both sides. We take out the ready-made patties on a paper towel and, when the excess fat is absorbed, we shift it onto the dish.

In warm milk, we dissolve sugar and salt, pour in vegetable refined oil and pour the sifted wheat flour mixed with dry yeast. We knead the dough, shift it into a bag and determine it in the refrigerator for two hours.

After the time has elapsed, we proceed to the formation of pies. Cottage cheese if necessary we pass through a fine sieve and mix to taste with sugar and vanilla. Hands dipped in flour, pinch off a little of the dough and form a cake. With a teaspoon, we put a stuffing in it and seal the patty. Place the products on an oiled baking tray and let them stand for thirty minutes. Then cover the top of the patties with a beaten egg or cream and send the baking tray to a preheated oven of 185 degrees for about fifteen minutes or until red.

Ready hot pies are covered for a while with a terry towel, so they will become softer.

Likewise, you can prepare a lean fast pastry dough by replacing milk with water. Filling for such products can be any lean stuffing, for example, potatoes, stewed cabbage, apples, jam, etc.

In warm milk, we dissolve sugar and salt. Add the beaten eggs, sour cream, melted margarine, soda and mix. Then pour the sifted flour and start a soft and plastic dough. We form cakes from it, on each of which we impose a stuffing. To make it, mix crushed peeled eggs, green onions, greens and a little salt. We protect the opposite edges and give the pies a rounded shape.

Fry the patties in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, we take out on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
