Frivolity is one of the kinds of negligence. Frivolity can also be defined as ill-considered, uncertain, windy in behavior. If to say in simple words, then a person simply does not realize the seriousness of committing his actions, he represents everything in general, without thinking about the consequences.
If you, as I have imagined frivolity as some sort of innocent prank, we were together mistaken. In the criminal code there are several articles about frivolity, they are only called by negligence. I propose to consider all kinds of frivolity and their consequences, which can seriously affect your life and the lives of people around you.
Criminal levity
Criminal frivolity is a form of frivolity. In such a case, a person anticipates a possible outcome and the development of a situation that has occurred through his fault. But a person does not think through all the details, he presents a picture with possible consequences in general and hopes that the situation will not get out of control. If it's easier, it's such consequences of human actions that he did not expect, and did not want them to happen. An example of criminal frivolity is the death of a driver, who drives at high speed, hoping for his mastery of the car and its serviceability. Instead, at a decisive moment, he discovers that the car's braking system does not work, not having time to brake in time before a pedestrian crossing, he knocks down a pedestrian.
Criminal negligence
The second kind of frivolity. With this option, a person not only does not allow the emergence of any situation that will be dangerous to others in consequence of his actions. But he does not see a potential danger in his own actions, which can lead to a crime of frivolity. This means, for example, that a person who carried out certain actions did not understand the dangers of his actions in the event of an emergency. Examples of this kind of frivolity is banal not observance of safety precautions at a manufacturing enterprise that is located within the city. Because of the error of one person, irreparable can happen. A whole city may suffer, just one person did not appreciate all the seriousness and responsibility of doing their work.
Frivolity for or against?
The above is the concept of frivolity from the point of view of the law, now we turn to a simple folk explanation. For example, you like a quiet style of driving in a car, and your friend / girlfriend prefers speedy. Try, prove to him / her that "you are going quietly - you will be more" better? What you want to change in it, what you do not like about it is acceptable to him. Change addiction, the approach to life and hobbies of a person is impossible. Why do not you change yourself?
He / she may not like you at all, but in you they do not try to change it and impart to you exactly what the friend / girlfriend likes.
There are only two options: either people need to be taken with all their shortcomings, not trying to bend them under themselves, or not to perceive them at all.
Is it necessary to eradicate this? We need to wait time - for their frivolity everyone will be punished. I think law enforcement will sooner or later punish the driver. As is known, unreasonable consequences inevitably occur in all unwise actions, and in the case when this person does not learn anything - well ... there is no mind - consider a cripple.
