The main thing is not to overexpose, otherwise the caramel will become too hard, and the undercooked will spread.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath (some of the milk can be replaced with bitter) and apply over caramel. We hide the home Twix in the fridge and make sure that no one interferes with it for at least a couple of hours. After we cut into strips and spoil your loved ones.
