Cream with black currant

Fragrant pie with currants is an excellent addition to a cup of tea or milk. Moreover, you can prepare one for any of the recipes from fresh as well as from frozen berries.

In a separate container we combine sifted flour, baking powder, vanillin and salt. In another vessel, drive in eggs, pour in the sugar and work the mass with a mixer at the highest rpm for three minutes. Now pour in the egg mass melted butter, pour in milk, pour in vanillin and stir thoroughly. Now pour in a small portion of flour mixture and mix well until the maximum possible uniformity.

We spread the received dough into the baking dish smeared with oil, we distribute the previously defrosted black currant from above, pour the product over with powdered sugar and send it for baking in a preheated oven to 185 degrees for forty minutes.

On readiness we let the baking cool and can try, cutting into portions.

Preparation

To the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder, add the cooled grated oil and rub the mass with the palms until a fine crumb is obtained. Now we lay the sour cream, add the sugar and make a kneading soft dough. We have a flour coma wrapped in film, on the shelf of the refrigerator for about forty minutes.

For the filling, break through the cottage cheese with half the sugar with a blender, then add sour cream, starch, pour the vanilla sugar and mix.

Washed fresh or defrosted currants put in a colander for a while, to get rid of excessive moisture.

The baking dish with a diameter of 25 centimeters is oiled a little and we distribute the cooled dough along its bottom and walls, forming bumps with a height of approximately four centimeters. We spread the curd mass from above, distribute the prepared currant on top and berry the berries with sugar. If desired, the amount of the latter can be increased.

It remains only to bake a cake in a preheated oven to 185 degrees. For such a product it will be enough for this thirty minutes. We cut the pie into portions only after it has completely cooled down, having seasoned the product with sugar powder.

We rub the egg yolks with sugar, pour in the melted butter, sprinkle the sifted flour, connected with the baking powder, and make a kneading of a soft sticky dough. Place the base of the cake in a bag or wrap it with a film and place it on the shelf of the refrigerator for a while.

For the filling, whisk egg whites until peaks, pouring a little sugar into the powder during processing. In a separate container, combine the flour, starch, vanillin and baking powder and gently interpose the dry mixture to the proteins. Finally add the currant to the filling and again gently mix.

Now distribute the chilled little dough on the bottom of the baking dish, while decorating the sides, and lay out the top filler with the currant.

After forty minutes of staying in the oven heated to 185 degrees it will brown and will be ready. It remains only to wait for the complete cooling of the pie and you can try.
