We clean pike carcass, relieve the guts, fins and tail, and also remove the gills. We wash the fish thoroughly, we also extract the ridge and take out with the help of tweezers all small bones.

Rice groats are washed carefully, we put in a large volume of boiling salted water, boil until cooked, and then we throw it back on a sieve, wash it and let it drain. Two-thirds of the total onions are cleaned, cut into cubes and we pass in a skillet with refined oil for five minutes, and then we lay the carrots pre-cleaned and grated over a large grater and let down until soft, stirring occasionally. When ready, mix the vegetable fry with rice, add the egg, season with salt, pepper, throw a pinch of dried basil and marjoram and mix everything well.

The pan is covered with two sheets of foil, smeared with refined oil, and spread out the previously peeled remaining onions cut into circles. We put stuffing on the abdomen of the fish and in the gills, turn off the carcass, give it a neat shape, rewind the thread or sew the abdomen and lay it on the onion pillow. From above, we smear the fish generously with a mixture of sour cream and mustard, flavored with salt and spices and spread out the circles of lemon on top. We cover all the beauty with two sheets of foil, we close them with the bottom sheets and protect them properly.
