The first method is the cheapest, but the longest. It will take water all day. We remove the kidneys from the film, in which they are sometimes sold, cut out the ducts, remove the fat, cut them into small pieces, and in the beef kidneys - trying to cut by the sticks. Fill with cold water with a small amount of soda.
