1. We lay out the skirt on the table and draw a line along which we cut the bottom diagonally. Do not be afraid that, perhaps, the upper part of the skirt will be cut off at the level of the laundry - everything will be covered.
2. Centimeter tape measure the entire circumference of the cropped skirt.
3. We put the white fabric square and double fold it in half. We make simple calculations, dividing the circumference of the skirt by the number of layers into which you put a white cloth. We get the value of the upper half of the semicircle, which we will now cut out. Select the height of the shuttle yourself, as you like.
4. The same is done with a black cloth.
5. We connect the white and black parts of the skirt together with needles.
6. One of the edges is sewn on the typewriter and we turn out the future shuttlecock.
7. Determine what color you will have outside, and what's inside. And, taking into account your wishes, at first we attach the hem to the skirt, fixing everything with needles, and then we sew it to the cut skirt.
8. If you are not very confident in the fabric, then, to avoid trouble, sweep all the remaining but imperceptible ends with any suitable seam.
