For example, an overabundance of iodine leads to the appearance of nausea, vomiting, abscesses, bronchitis , eye problems, even general poisoning of the body (especially if the thyroid gland is not working well or in the elderly).

So iodized salt can do great harm if you use it uncontrollably. It is necessary to be limited to the necessary dose, not more than that. Therefore, after consulting a doctor, it is better not to take iodized salt, but BADs containing this valuable compound: they are much easier to dose.

And it is even better to use so many useful iodine-containing foods so that iodine deficiency is not intrepid, plus periodically seasoning with iodized salt. To be afraid of an overdose it is not necessary, as for this purpose it is necessary to eat such salt with kilograms.

So, iodized sea salt can bring both benefit and harm, therefore it is necessary to avoid overdose!
