We wash the chicken, boil it in salted water, carefully take it out of the broth, lightly cool it, cut the breast into slices, and remove the remaining meat from the bones and chop it into pieces. In 50 ml of chicken broth we add cream, ground muscat nut and boil on a weak fire, so that exactly half of the liquid remains. Then add parsley, a little lemon juice and lay out the meat. Rice is washed, boiled until half-ready for 3-5 minutes, thrown back to a colander and washed with cold water.

Then pour a little chicken broth into the pitcher, throw rice, a bunch of greens and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Separately boil hard-boiled eggs, clean them and finely chop. Passer in the butter crushed white mushrooms, then add the sour cream and stew until cooked.

Most of the test is rolled into a layer and placed on a baking sheet. In the middle lay half the rice, then a few eggs, chicken and mushrooms.
