We work quickly so that the potatoes do not darken. Grind zucchini, carrots and potatoes with a grater. Bulgarian pepper and herbs are cut with a small heavy knife.

We combine in a bowl the crushed vegetables, eggs, flour, spices, greens and mix. It turned out a dough-like mass (you can add a little cream or sour cream, not more than 3 tablespoons). Fill the mass with a greased form and place it in a preheated oven for half an hour (close the form with a lid or foil - a matter of personal preference). Ready casserole can be sprinkled with grated cheese and decorated with greens, served well with sauces, cooked on the basis of unsweetened yogurt, cream or sour cream. Those who want a similar dish in a more satisfying way, you can suggest adding a low-fat meat stuffing (gram 300) to the casserole mixture, preferably chicken, pork or turkey. If you are cooking a casserole with minced meat, increase the baking time by 8 minutes.

Oyster mushrooms cut into small enough, broccoli assorted to the kitten. Fill mushrooms and broccoli with boiling water, after 5 minutes drain the water. The rest of the vegetables are crushed with modern devices (chopper, combine harvester) or three on a grater. Sweet pepper and greens finely chopped with a knife. Combine everything prepared in a bowl, add curry and flour. All carefully mix, during this procedure, vegetables are allowed to juice, so the result should be a dough-like mass with an uneven texture. The consistency of the mass can be adjusted with flour and water.

Lubricate the form with oil, fill it, bake for about 25 minutes approximately.
