  1. Massage is performed after each feeding for five to seven minutes. You can give him and more time if there is no discomfort and pain in the nipples. Before the procedure begins, the hands are thoroughly washed and lubricated with castor oil.
  2. Place the left hand on top, the right hand under the breast and massage with strictly circular motions in the clockwise direction. At first it is done with one breast, then with the second.   3. Slightly stroke the breast in the direction of the nipple. It is necessary that the whole breast is involved in the massage, therefore such movements are performed from all sides.   4. Excellent results give the use of a warm shower.
