We go down to the floor, our legs are stretched out, we pull our socks on ourselves, we lower our head on inhalation, we stretch our buttocks upwards during the delay, we drop in exhalation. Brushes are located along the body, we stay as long as possible.
  6. Legs are widely spaced, we rest on our feet with socks, we kneel, our hands rest on the lower back. On inhalation we deviate back, on exhalation the head bends to the chest. On inhalation we bend in the chest, on exhalation we pull forward the head. Hold the lower back with your hands, controlling the deflection.
  7. The emphasis is lying, hands are straight, socks are tight. They stretched up, took a breath, we step into the pose of the dog face down. On exhalation they returned to the IP. On inhalation, we try to lower our head lower, get our heels to the ground and dig in the back.
  8. Standing on straight legs, raise your right arm, the left one slides down your leg. We changed hands and bend to the other side.
  9. We stretch out upwards with both hands, scooping up more of the Sun with our hands and sending his light and warmth into our hearts.
