Tantra Yoga

Tantra Yoga is an amazing way to go for higher self-knowledge and self-improvement. Like all other types of yoga, this kind implies a special philosophy of life, the implementation of special practices and meditations. Tantra yoga has a special difference: almost all the most important Indian deities associated with tantrism have a female look, therefore a woman is considered a special being capable of attaining profound enlightenment in one earthly life.

Tantra Yoga - Yoga of Love

Classes of tantra-yoga are often mistaken for the method of development of sensuality. However, this is not quite true: despite the abundance of techniques that involve sexual energy, erotica is nothing to do with. This kind of yoga has a much broader meaning than changes on an exclusively physical level. Tantra-yoga books teach us to perceive our body as a kind of divine temple, to observe in it our true self, to love and honor it. Tantra Yoga is a rare form of yoga, which does not diminish the meaning of the ego, but, on the contrary, exalts it.

The fundamental statement of Tantra is that every person is already God, already a being of the highest order, right now, at the present time. A person learns to feel himself as if he has already passed all the stages of purification and is reunited with the Creator.

Thus, if the other yoga practitioners offer to realize their own imperfection and move forward step by step, to perfection, to spiritual merger with the creator, then Tantra, on the contrary, takes the final point for the starting one. It is believed that if a person is not able to recognize himself as the supreme entity, the god, he can not touch the true higher power.

The main thing with what works in the Tantra system is love. It is this powerful source of energy associated with the higher life force that is the determining one. Hence the combination of Buddhist and Hindu techniques of self-improvement is a conscious and complex transformation of sexual human energy.

Tantric yoga does not involve a single system - each person must find his own individual path for himself. The canonical texts, which indicate methods of working with the body and spirit, are outside our usual earthly morality.

Types of Tantric Practices

There are three tantric practices, and they bear the conventional color designations: white, black, red yoga.

  1. Yoga of red tantra. This kind represents some reflection of a sexual reality. The red tantric practice includes special exercises and meditations, which in some cases involve not only touching a person of a different sex, but also full sexual contact. In this way the statement of the present time occurs - the main postulate "here and now".
  2. Yoga of white tantra. White Tantra, unlike red, is directed from the present to the future, its meaning is the elevation of the soul. It is considered to be the most effective and valuable practice in comparison with other species.
  3. Black Tantra. This kind is an unusual practice that involves learning to manipulate other people, develops a personal mental strength and allows you to come to any of your goals as soon as possible.

Any of these practices tends to exalt the person in all its shells - physical and spiritual, teaches to be the master of life, the emancipation of sexual energy and the ability to use it in a variety of purposes. During the classes, group meditations, asanas and all other traditional yoga classes are traditionally held.
