Marinade for chicken fillet with soy sauce
Ingredients:
- soy natural sauce - 155 ml;
- green fresh onions - 1 bunch;
- garlic - 1 head;
- pepper ground red - 2 tsp.
- root of fresh ginger - 5 cm.
Preparation
- Green onion rinse, shake and finely, finely cut with a knife.
- Garlic and ginger rub on a melon grater.
- In a bowl, combine natural sauce, green onion, garlic, red pepper and ginger.
- We mix everything thoroughly to a homogeneous state.
- Chicken fillet put in a pan, pour marinade and leave for the whole night to soak, and then cook in any convenient way for you.
Honey marinade for baking chicken fillet in the oven
Ingredients:
- mustard (grains) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt is fine - to taste;
- honey flower - 25 ml;
- pepper spicy (chili) - to taste.
Preparation
- In the bowl we mix mustard in the beans with liquid honey.
- Throw salt to taste and chopped chili.
- Thoroughly mix everything and smear this marinade with chicken fillet.
- We marinade the meat for about 3 hours, and then bake it in the oven.
Beer marinade for chicken fillet for frying
Ingredients:
- soy sauce - 210 ml;
- honey - 155 g;
- beer - 210 ml;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- a branch of rosemary;
- red pepper - 1 pod.
Preparation
- Garlic is cleaned, squeezed through a press and put in a piano.
- Add honey, pour in the beer, add rosemary and finely chopped peppers.
- Thoroughly mix everything and pour the resulting mixture of chicken.
Chicken fillet in orange marinade
Ingredients:
- fillet of chicken -1,5 kg;
- honey liquid - 110 g;
- orange - 3 pieces;
- vegetable oil (odorless) - 25 ml;
- Ground curry - 2 tsp.
- Salt and spices - to taste.
Preparation
- Oranges are washed and from two fruits squeeze out the juice, and the third - cut into thin slices.
- Chicken fillet lay in a bowl, immediately watered with cooked citrus juice and leave to soak for 25 minutes, covering the top with a lid.
- In the meantime, we combine honey, vegetable oil in another vessel, throw curry and spices to taste.
- Thoroughly mix everything and pour the prepared marinade chicken.
- We marinade the meat for 3 hours, and before cooking prepare the birds with pieces of prepared orange.
