Marinade with soy sauce and honey for chicken
The combination of sugar / honey with soy sauce can be called one of the most profitable, both in terms of taste and cost, and time and finances. A total of five classic for the Asian kitchen components is enough to marinate an aromatic chicken.
Ingredients:
- soy sauce - 35 ml;
- wine vinegar - 5 ml;
- honey - 15 ml;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- ginger root - 2 cm.
Preparation
Pry the garlic cloves in a mortar and add the mashed potatoes to the honey dissolved in a mixture of soy sauce and vinegar. Then send the grated ginger root and leave the bird for at least 4 hours. This amount of marinade will be enough for cooking a kilo of poultry.

Ingredients:
- soy sauce - 235 ml;
- water 475 ml;
- lemon - 1 piece;
- sweet mustard - 35 g;
- liquid honey - 25 g.

Ingredients:
- soy sauce - 115 ml;
- garlic teeth - 2 pieces;

- sauce shirucha - 1 teaspoon;
- ginger root - 2 cm;
- rice vinegar - 15 ml.
