Eggs boil hard on medium heat in slightly salted water. We cool it with cold water. We cut the cloves of garlic in half. Boil on low heat for about 5 minutes, then remove the container from the fire and let the marinade cool down a little. Fill it in a container with eggs so that the liquid covers them completely. The container is covered and placed in the refrigerator for 48 hours.

Peel the onions, garlic and ginger with a knife (cut into thin short straws). Boil 250 ml of water. Reduce heat and add onions, ginger, dried spices, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, vodka, sugar and salt. We mix it. Gently place the eggs in a lightly boiling marinade and cook for another 5 minutes. Eggs, cooked in marinade, cool, cut into halves, lay out on lettuce leaves. Prepare the sauce: mix the lime juice with the chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Pole them every half of the egg.
