- celery root - 50 g;

Preparation

Divide the onion into two parts, and the carrots are better by three and throw the remaining roots into the boiling water, wait about half an hour to put meat there. Since you do not need meat broth, and tasty cooked meat, then put it only in boiling water, this applies to all types of meat. After the water boils once more and foam appears on the surface, it is necessary to reduce the heat and carefully remove all the foam, then sprinkle all the spices except for the laurel and continue to cook the pork for at least an hour. And for a quarter of an hour until the salty, salt and put a laurel. The result is not cool, but quite tasty broth can be used to make the sauce or boil it in noodles on a garnish to the newly boiled pork. Noodles, cooked in broth, always has a special taste and you will certainly be pleased.
Delicious pork dinner
Ingredients:
- pulp of pork - 700 g;
- onion - 3 onions;
- champignons - 300 g;
- sour cream (oily) - 250 ml;
- vegetable oil - 60 g;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon;

- pepper;

Preparation
