Chocolate ice cream in ice cream
Ingredients:
- black chocolate - 125 g;
- milk - 240 ml;
- eggs - 2 pc.4
- granulated sugar - 145 g;
- fatty cream - 260 ml;
- a vanilla pod;
- a pinch of sea salt;
- a handful of pecans.
Preparation
Break the chocolate and put the pieces into the milk. After placing the milk container on minimum heat, wait until the chocolate melts completely, pour in the sugar, add a little salt and let the crystals completely dissolve. With hot milk, pour the yolks separated from the whites, whisking them continuously. Supplement the ice cream with seeds from the vanilla pod, once again whisk together and leave to cool.
Chilled base for ice cream, pour into the ice cream maker and cook in it, following the instructions in the manual. Let the ice cream freeze in the chamber.
Recipe for banana ice cream in ice cream
Ingredients:
- butter - 35 g;
- bananas - 410 g;
- brown sugar - 35 g;
- bourbon - 30 ml;
- fatty cream - 620 ml;
- milk - 360 ml;
- egg yolks - 5 pcs .;
- white sugar - 45 g.
Preparation
Melt the butter, put bananas in it and sprinkle them with brown sugar. Caramelize fruit 3-4 minutes, and then remove from the fire and pour alcohol to them. Beat 2/3 bananas in caramel blender in puree.
In the sauté pan, heat cream with milk. Yolks mash with a pinch of sea salt and white sugar, then start gradually, constantly whipping eggs whisk, pour the warmed milk mixture. Pass the mixture through a sieve and return to the fire, where simmer at minimum heat until it thickens. Cool the thickened ice cream, pour into the ice cream maker, whisk, following the instructions on the package, and then pour into the container for freezing and put in the freezer.
How to cook ice cream in an ice cream without eggs?
Ingredients:
- fatty cream - 235 ml;
- milk - 235 ml;
- powdered sugar - 80 g;
- vanilla pod.
Preparation
Mix milk with fat cream and powdered sugar, making sure that there are no lumps in the mixture. Pour a small portion of the milk mixture into a cup, dilute the vanilla seeds from the pod in it and pour into the remaining ice cream base. Pour the base into the ice cream maker and prepare the time specified in the instructions for the device. Ready-made ice cream can be served immediately or optionally frozen in the chamber.
