You can also do it in another way: pour the pepper into a saucepan and pour in cold water. After boiling, boil for 2-3 minutes. Then turn off the fire and keep the peppers under a cover for a quarter of an hour. Suitable jars carefully mine with soda and mustard. Bring to a boil marinade and pour 100 ml of grape vinegar, lay all the greens and add the garlic. 3 minutes of marinade boil, then remove the pan from the plate and insist the marinade for a quarter of an hour. In the prepared washed and steamed jar we place all the greens, cloves of garlic, carefully lay out the pepper and fill it all with a marinade. Rinse with tin lids, turn upside down and leave to cool. You can store such pepper and just in the pantry.

Green hot pepper pickled

Pods my pepper, dried. Put them in washed and steamed jars of 700 ml, put spices, garlic and chopped slices of horseradish. We fill the top with boiling water, cover it with a lid and leave it for half an hour. Then the water is drained into the enameled container. We put sugar, salt and let it boil. We insist 10 minutes, then the marinade is drained into a saucepan and boiled again. In each jar pour 1 teaspoon of 9% vinegar and boiling marinade. Jars roll up, turn over, leave until cooling, and then we remove it for storage.

Hot pepper marinated for the winter with honey

A spicy pepper is good for washing and filling cans. We make marinade: on a glass of vinegar we put 2 tablespoons of honey, add water and the resulting mixture pour the pepper.
