Meditation Chakra

If all human chakras are functioning normally, then this is a healthy, cheerful and happy person. That is why meditation on the chakras is so important, allowing them to open up and use their potential for 100%. Chakra Meditation: Breathing

In any meditation for the opening of chakras or their amplification, you will inevitably encounter the need for proper breathing. It is achieved by the following way:

  1. Breathe in deeply and slowly exhale deeply. The length of inspiration and expiration should be the same.
  2. Get used to breathing, relax.
  3. Make the smoothest transitions from inspiration to exhalation and vice versa: this is called continuous breathing.
  4. Take a few minutes to practice.

Meditation for the seven chakras

Consider the method of chakra meditation, which allows you to concentrate your attention on each of the chakras, contributing to their strengthening and strengthening. Depending on what goals you pursue, you can work through the chakras one by one from the bottom up, or choose one of them and conduct a targeted chakra meditation. Consider the latter option.

  1. Select the chakra that you want to work through.
  2. Sit in a comfortable pose - better than the lotus. The back should be flat.
  3. Relax as much as possible.
  4. Beginning with deep breaths and exhalations, proceed to continuous breathing.
  5. Concentrate your attention on the area where the chakra is located. Try to feel it (not everyone can do it right away).
  6. If you do everything right, in the chakra area you will feel heat or cold, tickling, pressure or movement.
  7. When you catch this feeling, concentrate on it.
  8. Keep your attention for as long as you can.

Thus, depending on the amount of your time, you can work out either one of the chakras, or all of them in the right sequence (necessarily bottom-up!). With regular work, you will feel the chakras easier and easier. Some people feel them in 5 minutes, and others need several weeks of training for this, so do not worry, if not everything works out, try again and again.
