But in the same London, Maya began to take kriya yoga lessons from Shiv Charan Singh, and after many years of training, she decided to become a coach herself. Her new yogic name is Har Bhajan.

7 chakras

On our body, according to Ayurveda, there are seven chakras, or energy centers. Each of them is responsible for certain qualities, the work of the organs of internal secretion. Maya Fiennes invites us to normalize the work of the "problematic" chakra with the help of kundalini yoga exercises.

1 chakra - is located between the urethra and the anal opening. This chakra is responsible for the ability to survive under any circumstances, it connects us to the earth, gives us endurance and strength.

4 chakra is the heart chakra. It gives us unity with the world and promotes compromises.

5 chakra is the chakra of creativity. Located in the middle of the throat, responsible for enthusiasm, creativity, inspiration.

6 chakra - the so-called "third eye". Chakra is located on the forehead, between the eyebrows. It is he who gives the opportunity to go beyond the boundaries of the human, gives illumination and connection with the higher world.

The 7th chakra is the center for receiving cosmic energy, located in the parietal zone.
