Daoist Yoga

In fact, it turns out, not everything that is called yoga, it is. The best method is Taoist yoga, which, in fact, is not the fruit of Indians, but a completely Chinese direction, called Tao-Yin. Let's talk about the charms of this physical and spiritual practice.

Yin style

Exercises of Taoist yoga belong to the style of yin. This means that they should be performed in a slow, relaxing mind and body pace, preferably in the evening, before going to bed. Tao-Yin does not work with muscles, but with tendons. In the east, it is believed that the muscles - this is a very volatile force. They need to be constantly engaged, and no matter how hard you do it, with age they will still flounder. Therefore, they spend their time on tendons, which in fact can be strong regardless of age.

Daoist yoga was created to "unlock" a person. At one time, the Chinese masters realized that the human body is full of blocks (energy, and at the same time consisting of nerve endings), which the man himself creates with his bad thoughts, wrong nutrition. So the stretching exercises, which are mostly in the Tao-in, are ideal for normalizing the energy current in our body, by eliminating blocks.

For women

A separate Taoist yoga exists for women. She was originally female, as it was passed from generation to generation by Chinese women. The goal of the exercises is to improve women's health, open their inner self, love themselves and let others do it.

Carefully and gently moving, the women undergo pains with PMS, the mood stabilizes, the edema passes, the cycle is normalized, the skin improves and rejuvenates.

Thanks to the exercises of Taoist yoga, the bone marrow is restored for women (by working with the elements of water), the work of individual organs is being adjusted and most of the practitioners not only heal their ailments, but also prophylactically eliminate the need for hormones and "female" surgeries. In training, special attention is paid to working with female genital organs, mammary glands and harmonization of both hemispheres of the brain.

For the dream to come ...

This Tao-Yin is not limited. There is a special practice of the Taoist yoga of dreams. It teaches us how to relax before going to bed (and, in general, this should be done), not turning sleep into our daytime activity, transferring thoughts, stress, cares into it.

For this in a comfortable asana (sitting in Turkish, or lying in shivasana) you just need to meditate and adjust your mind to pleasant dreams. We need to think about something good, thereby replacing the thoughts of the daily routine with positive dreams.
