Getting the first passport in the Russian Federation
First of all, you are probably interested in what documents are needed to obtain a Russian passport in 14 years . They should be provided in the following list:
- the relevant application (in one copy);
- a receipt stating that the state fee has been paid;
- photos (2 pieces);
- birth certificate (original);
- documents confirming the citizenship of the Russian Federation (for example, the relevant insert or stamp in the birth certificate).
These papers should be submitted to the territorial unit of the Federal Migration Service at the place of residence, actual residence or stay. As a rule, there are 10 days for registration, but if the application for providing this state service takes place not at the place of residence, it will take up to 2 months. The state fee is 200 rubles. For late receipt (with a delay of 30 days or more from the date of birth) a fine of 1500 rubles is imposed.
Getting the first passport in Ukraine
The procedure for obtaining the citizen's main document at the age of 14 is provided exclusively for Russian citizens. Even if you have collected all the necessary documents in Ukraine, you will not be able to get a passport for 14 years, since it can only be issued after the applicant reaches 16 years of age. For this it is necessary to submit to the State Migration Service:
- a statement filled in accordance with the established pattern;
- birth certificate;
- photos (2 pieces);
- a receipt stating that the state duty (original) was paid or confirmation of exemption from payment;
- certificate of registration of a citizen of Ukraine.
For those children who have previously lived abroad, they may require a foreign passport.
Remember that later - at 25 and 45 years will need to replace the photo, pasted in the identity card of a citizen. If it is lost, you must file an application for restoration of the document at your place of residence.
