During this time, prepare the ingredients for pizza. We clean the cloves of garlic, squeeze it through the press and mix it with tomato sauce. We also throw oregano, ground basil, ground mixture of peppers and mix well.

Fresh champignons, rinse under running water, let it drain, and cut into small plates. Then we lay the prepared mushroom mass in a pre-heated frying pan with vegetable oil without a smell and stand, stirring, until the mushroom juices evaporate. At the same time we cut the smoked and doctor's sausage with small straws, and the olives without pits shinkle with thin rings. Mine, wipe dry and peel the Bulgarian pepper, and then crush it with small cubes or fine straws. We grind the hard cheese through the largest grater.

The thawed dough is folded in four, and then rolled thinly enough and transferred with a rolling pin to an oiled baking sheet. We distribute the layer along its surface, leveling and forming small edges, and then spread over the entire surface with prepared spicy tomato sauce. Then lay out pieces of smoked and boiled sausages, mushrooms, sweet pepper and black olives, tear everything with a layer of cheese and place in an oven preheated to 185 degrees until prepared and purchased a crusty crust. As a spicy tomato sauce, you can take a ready-made ketchup or prepare it from tomato paste, with the addition of broth, salt, ground pepper, as well as basil, oregano and other spicy herbs. The filling for mini pizzas can be ham or any sausage that is available, like the rest of the ingredients for pizzas from the list of ingredients you need to cut as small as possible. Among them red salad bow, Bulgarian pepper, olives, dried tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh herbs. All this is gently mixed in one bowl, and a hard cheese separately rubbed on a large grater.
