Pizza with pickled cucumbers

The overwhelming majority of people residing in Russia and Russian-speaking people know such a super-megapopular dish as pizza . Certainly, most of them do not ask whether it is possible to cook pizza with pickles , but simply does it.

This approach to the preparation of pizza using traditional traditional products for the post-Soviet space can be considered a kind of culinary rethinking of the idea of ​​pizza, as a result of which the world-famous dish acquires a characteristic regional and national flavor.

Recipe for pizza with salted or pickled cucumbers

We sift the flour and pour it on the work surface or in a flat bowl. Make a groove and add the extinguished soda, salt, ground hot red pepper and butter. Gradually adding water, mix the dough. Stir thoroughly the dough and roll it into a round cake (from a given amount of flour it is convenient to make 2-4 pieces). Lay out the substrate on an oiled baking tray (it would be nice to spread it with baking paper), and the oven has already warmed up. We bake the substrate for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of about 180-200 degrees Celsius.

We take out the baking tray, gently rub the substrate with a cut garlic clove and draw a spiral tomato paste from the center to the edges. Lightly sprinkle all the grated cheese, beautifully spread the cut into small strips of bacon and chopped cucumbers in ovals or circles. If there is red sweet pepper and olives without pits - so they too will not interfere, only it is necessary to cut so that then it was convenient to eat.

Bake pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese (now abundantly) and send it to the oven for another 5-8 minutes. Fire turn off. Cheese should only melt, not flow. Ready pizza on a baking sheet is taken out of the oven and sprinkled with chopped greens. Slightly cool (10-15 minutes) and can be served to the table.

Using approximately the same set of products, you can bake pizza with cucumbers and sausage (you can use it instead of bacon or ham, or together with these products).
