Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 800 g;
- ginger - 30 g;
- garlic - 3-4 cloves;
- coconut milk - 300 g;
- water - 1 liter;
- rice noodles - 50 g;
- soy sauce - 80 ml;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;
- pepper jalapeno - 2 pieces;
- Sprouted beans - 400 g;
- cilantro 30 g;
- lime - 2 pieces;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Chicken my fillet, cut into several pieces and dipped into a pot of water. When the water boils, remove the foam. Add coconut milk, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and salt with pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat for about 2 hours under a closed lid. Now take out the chicken, cut it into small cubes and return it back to the broth. We add bean sprouts, rice noodles, chopped jalapeno pepper and Bulgarian and juice, squeezed out with 2 limes. All this is mixed and cook for about half an hour. Then we try, if necessary, then we add some salt. Before serving, add crushed coriander greens to each plate.
Thai soup with coconut milk with chicken and mushrooms
In this recipe you will find a lot of really "Thai" ingredients. They can be found in large supermarkets or specialized stores.
Ingredients:
- chicken broth - 1 l;
- Thai chili - 2 pcs .;
- a stalk of a lemongrass - 1 piece;
- coconut milk - 500 ml;
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- champignons - 300 g;
- lime leaves - 4 pcs .;
- root galangal - 5 cm;
- Fish sauce, lime juice - to taste;
- ground coriander - 40 g.
Preparation
Chicken broth is brought to a boil, then reduce the fire, and let the broth languish. We cut the stem of lemongrass into pieces and grind it in a mortar until the aroma appears. Chilli punching with a knife. Coconut milk is poured into broth, we add lime leaves and galangal root (it can be replaced with ginger root). Fire increase and bring the soup to a boil, cook for another 10 minutes. Chicken fillet thinly sliced, champignons (preferably small ones) cut in half. We spread the chicken and mushrooms in a saucepan with broth and cook until the chicken is ready. After that, add the chili and turn off the soup. To taste, we add fish sauce and lime juice. Salt is not necessary - fish sauce and so salty enough. Before serving, sprinkle soup on coconut milk with chicken and mushrooms chopped green cilantro.
Soup with coconut milk and shrimps - recipe
Ingredients:
- shrimp - 500 g;
- straw mushrooms - 100 g;
- chicken broth - 400 ml;
- coconut milk - 400 ml;
- garlic - 5 denticles;
- lemon juice - 60 ml;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- lime leaf - 2 pieces;
- ginger root - 3 cm;
- sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- chili pepper - 2 pcs .;
- lemon grass (lemongrass) - 1 stem;
- cilantro.
Preparation
We prepare the ingredients: we pour the prawns with boiling water, drain the water, and clean them. Lemon grass is cut into pieces. Ideally, of course, it is better to use straw mushrooms. But if you have not found such, the mushrooms will do. We cut them into slices. The root of ginger is cleaned and rubbed on a fine grater. Toothed garlic cloves.
