Sometimes I want to cook something very tasty, but without meat and fish. And also, that the dish was cooked in a relatively healthy way. What would such a thing be? Baked potatoes with cheese, without a doubt, this dish of the most common ingredients, definitely, like your home and guests. The only point: those who care about the figure, it is better to cook and eat such dishes in the morning (because the composition is basically "fast" carbohydrates + fats, there are very few proteins).
Recipe for potato "Dauphin" baked with cheese
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- egg of chicken - 1 piece;
- milk - about 1 cup;
- cheese hard - 200 g;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- butter natural - about 50 g + 20 more (for lubrication);
- grated nutmeg;
- ground black pepper;
- fresh greenery (parsley, basil, rosemary, coriander, green onion, tarragon).
Preparation
We choose medium-sized potatoes, undamaged, peeled and cut into circles with a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Cheese is rubbed on a large grater.
In a small saucepan (scoop, saucepan) melt a larger piece of butter (but do not bring to a boil), add milk and two-thirds of the grated cheese. Slightly cool and add the egg. In general, you can replace milk and butter with natural milk cream. Season with ground black pepper and nutmeg. You can add other spices to your liking. Mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk, lightly whisking.
The garlic clove is cut in half along and rubbed with garlic juice with a refractory form (the bottom and the sides from the inside), in which we will bake the potatoes. Minutes through 5 abundantly lubricate the shape of butter.
We warm the oven to a temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius. Cut the potatoes into a form so that each circle with its edge goes a little to the circle of another row. Evenly distributing, we pour the laid out potato with a cheese-butter-milk-egg mixture.
Place the form in a preheated oven and bake for about 40. Turn off the fire. Evenly sprinkle the baked potatoes with the remaining cheese and return it to the cooling oven for another 8 minutes to make the cheese melted (but did not flow and did not coalesce into a thick crust of unattractive appearance). Finished ready-baked potatoes are decorated with greens, cut and laid out on plates plates with a shovel. You can serve this dish different (better yet European) sauces. If you still want meat, you can serve baked meat, smoked products and light table wines.
Boiled potatoes, baked with cheese, are prepared from the same ingredients and almost the same. The difference is small. First, boil the peeled potatoes almost to the ready - it's about 10-12 minutes (it's better to use varieties, that is, unrestricted), then cut into slices or slices. In the same way as in the previous recipe (see above), we prepare the mixture for pouring, put it in the mold, fill it and bake it for about 20 minutes.
Whole baked potatoes with cheese
Ingredients:
- potatoes (varieties whose tubers are elongated elongated);
- hard cheese;
- pork fat;
- spices dry ground;
- wooden skewers;
- garlic;
- greens for decoration.
Preparation
Soak the skewers in cold water.
