We heat the grill and cook the pieces of prosciutto under it for 3 minutes. Crispy ham is cooled and broken into large slices. We prepare a simple dressing from butter and balsamic vinegar , adding salt with pepper to taste.

The basil leaves are washed and dried, then roughly ripped into large pieces and mixed with celery leaves. We add to the green mix the chicken breast, disassembled into fibers, sprinkle everything with a walnut, halves of grapes and slices of blue cheese. Pour the salad with chicken, nuts and cheese dressing and immediately serve.
