All the variety of salads can be divided into two categories: holiday and everyday. Salads, based on cheese and beans, do not yield to this classification. On the one hand, they are so simple and satisfying that pampering themselves with them every day is not difficult. And on the other hand, they are so bright and tasty that it's not a shame to put such a salad on the festive table.
Salad "Kaleidoscope" with beans, croutons, sausage, cheese and garlic
Ingredients:
- sausage smoked - 300 g;
- Canned beans (red) - 1 b.
- canned corn - 1 b.
- Cucumbers canned (small) - 2 pcs .;
- crackers rye - 1 pack;
- garlic - 3 teeth;
- mayonnaise - to taste.
Preparation

Salad with green beans, ham and cheese
Ingredients:
- beans asparagus - 300 g;
- ham - 200 g;
- Parmesan cheese - 100 g;

- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- vinegar balsamic - 1 teaspoon;
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste.
Preparation
At the bean pods, cut off the tips and boil in salted water until soft. And that the bean after cooking has kept its bright color, we lower it for a couple of minutes into ice water, then we throw it back to the colander and let it drain. Cut the pods into small pieces and lightly fry them in olive oil. In a separate pan brown the crumpled Bulgarian pepper. Then we mix vegetables in a salad bowl, add ham cubes and sprinkle everything with balsamic vinegar. And from above we pour the thin petals of Parmesan.
Salad with beans, baked chicken and blue cheese
Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 500 g;
- Canned beans (red) - 1 b.
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- breadcrumbs - 200 g;
- lettuce 300 g;
- tomatoes - 2 pcs .;
- onion green - 2 pcs .;
- salt - to taste.
For sauce:
- blue cheese (with mold) - 80 g;
- mayonnaise (low-fat) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vinegar white wine - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
Chicken breast washed, promakivaem and coated with a mixture of mayonnaise with soy sauce , and then roll in breadcrumbs . We spread the chicken into a greased baking dish and send it to the oven heated to 220 degrees - to brown. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Cheese is crushed into a crumb and mixed with sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar.
Chilled chicken breast cut into cubes and combine with beans and tomato slices. We spread everything on lettuce leaves, pour on top with cheese sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Salad with cheese, beans and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- beans asparagus (frozen) - 350 g;
- cheese "Feta" - 100 g;
- cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs .;
- radish - 2 pieces;
- onion red Crimean - 1 pc .;
- vinegar red wine - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- oregano - 1 branch;
- coriander - 1 bunch;
- salt, pepper black ground - to taste.
Preparation
Beans are thrown into boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes, until soft. Then we catch it and wash it for a couple of minutes with cold water, turn it over to a colander and let it drain.
Onions are cut very thin semirings, radish - plates. Cheese is cut into cubes, we chop oregano. We connect all the ingredients in a salad bowl and fill it with a mixture of olive oil and vinegar. Solim, pepper, mix. Add the wedges of tomatoes and serve the vitamin salad to the table.
