Pumpkin salad with celery
Ingredients:
- pumpkin;
- celery;
- carrots (can be added at will);
- an Apple;
- honey - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp. spoon (can be replaced with juice ½ lemon);
- any unrefined oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- any peeled seeds, nuts , sprouted grains - to taste.
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for refueling, grate vegetables, combine with dressing. Sprinkle with seeds, nuts or sprouted grains.
Salad of courgettes and pumpkins for weight loss
Ingredients:
- spinach and ruccola - a total volume of 300 g;
- pumpkin - 100 g;
- zucchini - 100 g;
- tomato - 1 pc .;
- beet - 1 pc .;
- olive oil - for frying;
- salt for seasoning;
- lemon - ¼ piece.
Preparation
