Rinsed and peeled potatoes and onions are comminuted in any convenient way, add egg, salt, pepper and flour and mix thoroughly. The resulting mass is spread out with a spoon on a heated frying pan with a thick bottom and fry in refined oil to a ruddy light brown color.

Rinse and dried mushrooms and onion as small as possible cut and fry in a pan with vegetable refined oil until the juices evaporate and lightly brown. Let's cool down.

Potatoes are cleaned, rubbed on a large or medium grater, mixed with eggs, salt, pepper and mushroom fry. Add flour, mix well and fry like fritters on vegetable refined oil on both sides.
