Before starting cooking, you need to make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature, this applies not only to the oil, but also to the eggs with honey, which many housewives store in refrigerators. One of the eggs must be left to lubricate the dough. In addition, the amount of sugar can be reduced if you do not like very sweet pastries.

Start preparation of cantucci with flour sifting, then send it to a deep bowl, add baking powder and mix thoroughly. Next, in flour, you need to take turns to drive in eggs (do not forget to put one of them before them aside), start kneading the dough with a wooden or silicone spatula.

After a few minutes of stirring, add the softened oil to the flour, mix everything again, then pour out the sugar, lemon zest and knead the dough, also with the help of a spatula.

Finally, you need to add vanillin, salt and honey to the mass, after which the last time you mix everything with a spatula and pour out the almonds into the resulting mass. After that, you need to knead the dough with your hands, it should turn out to be elastic and easily roll into the ball.

The resultant ball can be divided into 6 parts, each of which is rolled into a sausage and sent to a baking sheet.

The egg laid aside should be beaten and smeared with sausages, and then send them for 20-25 minutes in a preheated to 180 degree oven.
