The main difference between salads and cocktails from their simple relatives is the thoroughness of the cutting and the abundance of salad dressing, thanks to which the snack becomes very tender. As a rule, snacks of this kind are served in glasses or kremankah, but in modern cooking strict rules regarding filing are not present. Also, there is no difference in the laying out of ingredients: if in a classic cocktail the ingredients were necessarily distributed layer by layer, now they can be safely mixed, thereby facilitating eating. Below we will analyze several recipes for a salad-cocktail with ham and cheese.

Let's start with an authentic cocktail, the one for which the ingredients are cut finely and beautifully laid out in a clear-cut glass. The recipe is as simple as the list of ingredients.

The most boring part of salad preparation is a fine cutting of all ingredients. Optionally, but not large, cut the ham with fresh cucumber and sweet pepper. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Boil the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in the manner of the other ingredients. Distribute the ingredients layer by layer, at random, filling the glass or the crock. Top with a generous serving of sauce. If desired, the snack can also be decorated with greenery.

Recipe for salad-cocktail with ham

In this salad, the main star is ham, and therefore its number is several times higher than the remaining ingredients. You can serve this dish in the manner of an authentic snack-cocktail or over rolls, tartlets and crackers.

Using a sharp knife, cut the ham as small as possible. Chilled cream cheese grate on a fine grater and by analogy, do the same with a salted cucumber. Chop the greens of dill. Mix all the prepared ingredients together and season with mustard based sauce with mayonnaise. Serve on crackers or croutons.

Eggs boil hard, chill, and cleaned, chop. Scrub the cheese. Finely chop the ham with mushrooms. Drain the excess liquid from the canned peas and add it to the rest of the prepared ingredients. In the stupa, rub the seeds of celery and add it to mayonnaise. Season the salad with the sauce and chill before serving.
