Tomatoes stuffed with cheese, mushrooms and ham
Ingredients:
- ham - 50 g;
- tomatoes - 6 pcs .;
- fresh champignons - 1 item;
- canned corn - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- cheese - 100 g;
- fresh greens;
- spice.
For sauce:
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- mustard - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation
To prepare tomatoes stuffed with cheese and mushrooms, mushrooms are processed, shredded slices and fry for a few minutes on vegetable oil. Pepper washed, wiped with a towel, remove the stem, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Parsley and green onions too grind. We chop the ham into a ham, and the cheese is three on a large griddle. With a washed tomato cut carefully top, take out the spoon with the flesh and chop it into small pieces. We connect with ham, mushrooms, canned corn, Bulgarian pepper and greens.
To prepare the sauce mix in a separate deep bowl of olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and mayonnaise, mix until homogeneity. Fill the salad dressing and mix thoroughly. In each tomato we put a few leaves of lettuce, then - stuffing, and sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
Tomatoes stuffed with cheese and chicken
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 4 pcs .;
- chicken breast - 2 pcs .;
- mayonnaise - to taste;
- cheese - 100 g;
- spice;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Chicken breasts are washed, dried and cut into small cubes. In a frying pan pour a few spoons of oil, lay out the meat and send it to stew for 15 minutes in a preheated oven. This time we take tomatoes, wash them, dry them, cut off the tops and carefully remove all the flesh.
Then put into each prepared tomato a little meat, watered with mayonnaise and sprinkled with grated cheese. We put the tomatoes in a glass mold and send it to the hot oven for exactly 15 minutes. Then carefully take out the tomatoes, put them on plates and serve them to the table, decorating the dish, fresh greens.
Tomatoes stuffed with cheese and shrimps
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 10 pcs .;
- cheese - 500 g;
- garlic - 6 denticles;
- shrimp - 500 g;
- mustard mustard - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- spice;
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
Preparation
Cheese is rubbed on the grondge, greens and garlic crushed. Shrimp cook until ready and clean. Mix all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add the egg yolk and mustard. At tomatoes we cut neatly the caps, take out the pulp and fill the tomatoes with vegetable mince.

Ingredients:
- cheese - 100 g;
- tomatoes - 6 pcs .;
- butter - 100 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- parsley - if desired.
Preparation
Tomatoes are washed, cut off the top and using a spoon, carefully remove all the flesh. Cheese and frozen cream butter rubbed on a grater. Porrushka rinsed, shaken and finely chopped. Now mix the cheese-butter mixture with chopped parsley and slices of tomato.
