Tomatoes for frying should be chosen a little more dense, since soft juicy fruits can simply turn into porridge during frying. So, the washed and dried fruits are cut into half a centimeter thick rings. In one bowl we pour the flour, in the second - bread breading, and in the third we beat the milk with eggs, salt and pepper.

In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil. Pieces of tomatoes first we pour in flour, then dip into the egg-milk mixture and crumble in breadcrumbs in the end. Fry tomatoes in hot oil until golden brown, and absorb excess fat by laying tomatoes on a paper towel.

Mix the grated hard cheese with mayonnaise, distribute the resulting mass over the surface of one tomato and cover it with a slice of the other. We chop the tomato "sandwich" with a toothpick.
