Classic recipe for salad "Ocean" with cucumbers

Carrots and eggs are cooked until ready, cleaned and left to cool. Canned mash with a fork, do not drain the liquid. All components are laid out in a salad bowl, layering each layer with mayonnaise. So, first comes the fish, then - chopped onions, then - grated carrots, eggs, cucumber. After that, repeat the layers. On top of the salad sprinkle with finely chopped lettuce leaves and decorate with pieces of salted red fish. Salad "Ocean" with sprats is ready!

Carcases of squid are boiled, cut into small cubes. Mushrooms mine, wipe, shinkuem plates and fry in oil. Sausage and onions are ground small. Then water the onions with lemon juice and mix. Cheese is cut into small pieces. Rice boil in salted water or in vegetable broth , then cool and mix it with Hawaiian mixture. Tush everything together with the lid closed in a frying pan, pouring a little broth, until ready. Boiled eggs quail finely shinkem and mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. We fill the ready salad with aioli sauce and serve it to the table.

So, first we take the rice, carefully sort it, several times wash it with a sieve under the water. Then put the pan on the fire, pour the water and let it boil. After that, pour the rice and cook for 20 minutes until cooked. In the process of cooking, several times gently mix the croup, so that it does not fuse with each other. Finished rice carefully shifted into a bowl and leave for a while to cool. This time while preparing the remaining components of the lettuce: green onions are washed and finely chopped. Separately boil the eggs, drain the water and let them cool. Then we clean the shell, separate the protein from the yolk and rub it separately on a small grater.

Crab sticks in advance defreeze, remove the film and shinkuem small cubes, putting aside a separate plate. We remove the red fish from the bag and leave it to be defrosted in a warm place for a couple of hours. Then pour hot water into a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt and put our fish into a container. We leave it there for several hours, so that it is slightly salted out. Then take out, lightly squeeze from the water and finely cut into strips, putting it in a separate plate.

Now we pass directly to the salad itself. Take a deep bowl, gently lubricate it from the inside with sunflower oil and begin to lay the layers of cooked ingredients. First a little rice, put crab sticks on top, sprinkle with yolk, boiled rice, salted red fish, egg whites, green onions, crab sticks and rice. Then turn our dish over to a flat plate so that it turns out to be a neat slide. We decorate with red caviar, shrimps and serve to the table.
