Ham and fresh cucumbers are a harmonious flavoring pair of products, from which it is easy and easy to prepare various interesting salads.
Salad with eggs from ham, cheese and fresh cucumbers - recipe
Ingredients:
Calculation for 4 servings:
- ham pork turkey or chicken - 400 g;
- egg of chicken - 2-4 pieces;
- fresh cucumbers - 1 greenhouse or 2 ground;
- cheese soft or fresh pickle - 300 g;
- greens (young onion, parsley, coriander, basil, rosemary);
- garlic - 1 clove;
- olive oil;
- mustard ready;
- lemon juice or natural fruit (wine) vinegar.
Preparation
Cooked hard-boiled and chilled eggs are cleaned from the shell and cut into quarters along or slightly smaller. Cucumbers cut into circles (ovals) or brusochkami, ham - cubes or short strips. Grind cheese with a knife or on a grater. We combine in a salad bowl or in individual serving dishes at a rate of 1 serving all the prepared ingredients little by little.
Sauce-dressing: chop or crush greens and garlic, add butter and lemon juice or vinegar. Slightly seasoned with mustard.
We pour salad dressing, we serve with a white baguette . You can accompany a meal with light wine, grappa or brandy.
Salad of ham, fresh cucumber, mushrooms, red pepper and corn
This salad is prepared very quickly.
Ingredients:
- ham - 300 g;
- fresh cucumber - 1-2 pcs .;
- pepper sweet red fresh - 1-2 pcs .;
- fresh oyster mushrooms - 200 g;
- canned corn - 1 pot;
- Fresh greens;
- vegetable oil direct cold pressed;
- lemon juice or natural fruit vinegar;
- garlic - 1 clove.
Preparation
Mushrooms can boil for 20 minutes, but this is not necessary, since in a raw form oyster mushrooms are also edible and even more useful. You can just blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes, then recline on a sieve. Champignons or white mushrooms are better to cook a little.
We chop mushrooms and greens not too finely.
Also the rest: we cut cucumbers, ham and red sweet peppers arbitrarily.
We put everything together in a salad bowl and add the corn (of course, salt the pre-preserving liquid).
You can also include in the composition of salad hard-boiled eggs and cheese.
Refueling is made from a mixture of vegetable oil with lemon juice or vinegar. Season with garlic. Pour the salad and mix. Served with polenta or corn tortillas.
