While the mixture is being prepared, in a separate bowl you need to crush mustard seeds with a mortar. Next, you need to pour the seeds into a small jar or a deep plate, pour them with ready-made liquid with spices, add honey, cinnamon and mix everything thoroughly. Finally, add vinegar and olive oil, stir again and leave the mustard to cool. Cooled mustard must be stored in the refrigerator.

First you need to stir the powder with cucumber brine. It is best to do this in a deep dish or a saucepan, gradually adding the brine to the mustard so that no lumps form in it.
