Roll with prunes

Oven reheat to 220 degrees. We bake the baking tray with paper.

Carrots clean and cut into strips, fennel also grind and mix vegetables in a deep bowl, carefully seasoned with salt, pepper and butter. Prepared vegetable mixture put on a baking tray for an even layer.

In a frying pan heated with oil, saute the chopped onions until golden. Add prunes, apples and thyme to it, mix thoroughly and continue cooking for another 7-10 minutes. Let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.

We bake carrots and fennel. Cut the cut into pieces, beat off and season with salt and pepper. We spread into the center a chop stuffing with prunes and turn everything down with rolls.

In a frying pan, we heat the oil and quickly fry the meatloaf with prunes on all sides until golden brown. In the oven, set the temperature to 190 degrees and bake meat in it for 20-25 minutes. We serve rolls with a garnish of carrot and fennel.

Chicken fillet beat off and poured with lime juice. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. In the center of each chop we put 4 berries prunes, previously peeled. Fold off the chopstick roll and wrap with bacon strips, fixing them with toothpicks for reliability.

In a frying pan, we heat the oil and fry the rolls on it to a ruddy color from all sides. After the bacon blushes, the fire is diminished, and the frying pan is covered with a lid. We cook the rolls for another 8 minutes. We serve a dish with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard.
