How to Cook saltison from a pig's head at home - a recipe
Ingredients:
- pork head of medium size - 1 pc .;
- veal or beef - 980 g;
- onion bulb - 120 g;

- laurel leaves - 3-4 pieces;

Preparation
Preparing Saltison from the pig head begins with the preparation of the head itself. As a result, the meat should be well separated from the bones and be soft. One hour before the end of cooking, we add salt, laurel leaves, fragrant pea, peeled peeled peeled carrots and a quartered carrot and whole bulb to the pan.
