Turkey (preferably red meat), cut into large chunks. In the brazier, melt the butter and fry the pieces of meat until golden color. Roasted turkey is shifted to a plate. Add the chopped onion with mushrooms and fry them until golden. To the browned onions, put crushed garlic and cook all together for 30 seconds. Now, pour the flour into the brazier, lightly fry it, and, stirring constantly, pour in a mixture of broth, sour cream and cream.

Season all with salt and pepper, add all the remaining ingredients: sliced ​​celery, carrots, green peas and pre-roasted turkey meat. Now the fire is reduced to a minimum and we are preparing a turkey, stewed with mushrooms under a lid, for about 30 minutes. The prepared dish can be served to the table immediately with a garnish of mashed potatoes or pasta, necessarily sprinkled with fresh herbs for color and aroma.
