But think, if you go to your goal "by the head", betraying friends and forgetting about your loved ones and, in the end, achieving what you want, will that make you happy? If yes, and the top of the food chain is the limit of dreams, and you do not care about feelings and emotions, then you really do not need to think about any spiritual self-development. Attend business trainings, learn to masterfully overcome the obstacle and easily betray. In all other cases, you need a self-development plan, which will include ways to achieve success in the professional sphere, and methods for achieving emotional balance
  2. How to start self-development? With the care of a loved one. You already had time to look at the list of your good and bad qualities, could understand the reasons for your failures. Now it's time to work with each negative feature, do not grab for everything at once, let the path to the top be gradual, too fast recovery will be healthy exhausting. What does the care? Well, you will do everything for yourself. And besides, tell me, did you not note the fatigue and unpresentable appearance in the causes of your failures, and among the shortcomings - neglect to your own health and body? It was so? Then to you as anyone needs to take care of yourself, this will be the beginning of your self-development. The spiritual side is necessary, but if you do not take enough care of your body, do not pay attention to its needs, then about any self-development speech can not go, you just do not have enough strength for it.
  3. Often we can not concentrate on any process, head scraps of thoughts screech, tuning to a non-working mode, unreasonable fears interfere with the objective vision of the situation. From all this you need to get rid of, learn to concentrate on the problem, correctly prioritize, cleanse your thoughts. In oriental practices, meditation is necessary in a quiet room, at dawn. But modern conditions do not always allow it, so choose the time convenient for you.
  4. Food for the mind should also act regularly, do not let the brain starve, otherwise it will turn into an anorexic lady, who faints from the slightest overstrain. Choose a direction interesting to you (except your own profession) and study it. Read books, not statuses in social networks, see good films, not soap operas, look for knowledgeable interlocutors.
  5. Self-development of a woman must include physical activity. Do not sigh heavily-a little bit, but you'll have to deal with it. First, it is self-discipline, and secondly, a beautiful soul needs a healthy and beautiful shell.
  6. Learn to love (yourself, friends, a man, that near you, people in general), understand that without love, happiness and peace of mind are impossible. It is love (in the higher sense of the word) that balances the beginning and source of strength for new achievements.
