Quick pie with cherries

It takes about 15 minutes to knead the dough, and about three quarters of an hour more for baking. And after just an hour you can pour tea or compote, chop and serve, for example, with ice cream a quick and delicious cherry pie.

After that, pour kefir, mixed with soda. If you use baking powder or baking powder, it is better to add it to flour. Muck, of course, sift. This is necessary, and that garbage does not get into the dough, and that the pie turned out magnificent. In portions, in 3-4 meals we mix the flour. We make sure that there are no lumps. The form (it is better to use detachable) is lined with baking paper and butter. We pour the dough, we distribute the cherry on it. Stove at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees.

In the summer, some housewives buy in the retail chains a semi-finished product - a quick-cooked cherry pie that only needs to be baked in a microwave oven or oven. Sifted sifted flour. In the 2 tbsp. spoonfuls well we drop berries, the rest in doses we knead into dough, using a spoon or spatula, so that the dough does not opal. We lubricate the cup of the multivark oil, pour in a portion of the dough, put the cherries, fill the remaining dough. We choose the "Baking" mode, the timer should be set depending on the model of the multivark - for 40-55 minutes. After that, we take out our fast cherry pie on the dish, the recipe can be used for making a pie with raspberries or apricots.
